If you wish at any time to contact us about the status of your order we will be happy to give you an update, but remember the Bird-Zerk feeder is a custom handmade feeder and takes approximately 8-10 weeks to make and ship. We sometime have a problem getting acrylic and have to wait for a shipment to arrive. We appreciate your patience.
